If you can think, you can meditate.
Everyone puts happiness off. They wait till 5pm, or the weekend, or summer vacation, or retirement. They think, "If I can just make it to Friday, then I get to relax." We don't wait for rest. We don't put happiness off. We start with it by meditating. Then we go into the field of action carrying that fulfillment with us.
