The Intro Talk is for people who either want to learn meditation or just want to find out more without the pressure of signing up for a course. The Intro Talk is FREE and there is no obligation or pressure to sign up. 

There are so many different kinds of meditation out there so it's helpful to clarify what it is I teach and practice. Vedic Meditation is a simple and powerful technique that ANYONE can do successfully. The practitioner is given a personal mantra - a onomatopoetic sound without any meaning. When the meditator thinks the mantra the body and mind come to rest and the meditator dives deep within the mind and ultimately passes through the relative field of thinking into Being. Pure Awareness. The Source of all thought. This is transcendence and its an experience that everyone should have and know hot to do. Doing this often expands consciousness, releases stress, fills the body and mind with bliss, and revolutionizes your life. Suffering diminishes and success and joy increase. 

Meditating is a total game changer. When we meditate we evolve. Everything we rely on grows. Intelligence, happiness, creativity, compassion, calmness. Stresses like anxiety and fear melt away.
