On Saturday, April 25th at 2PM in La Cañada, I will be starting a KID'S MEDITATION COURSE.  This meditation course is for children who are ages 5 - 12. (If they're older than 12 they come to my regular course.)  The course fee for kids is an original piece of artwork. It could be anything. Painting, drawing, sculpture, whatever. Bring your child, the piece of original art, 2 pieces of sweet fruit, and half a dozen flowers. Show up a little prior to 2pm. I will talk to the kids, do puja, and then give each child their mantra (aka "word of wisdom"). We will practice the technique together and chat about it afterwards. The parent will be the guardian of their child's mantra. It will be a secret between the both of you. So the parent will be present when I give the child their mantra. I will see them again Sunday afternoon to check their mantra and they practice. In order for children to learn, at least one parent has to be a Vedic Meditator. 

Children make excellent meditators. They take to it quickly and naturally. Because of their innocence and because they haven't been indoctrinated into too many cultural ideas and concepts about success yet, they learn extremely quickly.  Please RSVP to btheo@me.com to secure your child's place in the course.
