The course is four-consecutive days. The first day is an initiation. This is the day you receive your personal mantra and learn the easy technique. The next three days i see you again for about 90 minutes a session. Each day there's a topic and we review and polish the technique and discuss experiences. The entire course is simple, fun, interesting, relaxing, and convenient. By the time you complete the course you will be a self-sufficient expert meditator. From that moment on you have full access to me as a teacher for questions, group meditations, and a lifetime of follow-up.
